High protein pancakes
Low gluten,high protein dairy free if you so choose, high fibre.
1cup fine oatmeal or quick oats
1 heaped tablespoon of Lupin flour.
1/2cup of milk of choice
2 organic eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1tablespoon protein powder of choice
Dash of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredients together then cook in coconut oil on a low heat in a frying pan
Add fruits of choice . I like banana and berries with a bit of maple syrup and coconut cream drizzled over the top. Yum yum yum!
