Chocolate Bliss Balls



2  1/2 cups Almond Meal

3/4 cup dried mixed Golden Berries, Goji and Cranberries

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Sunflower  Seeds

2 Tablespoons Cacao  powder

1 heaped Tablespoon  Honey

125 mls  Organic Coconut oil

Melt Coconut Oil (on a low heat) in a saucepan then add all
other ingredients. Mix together till combined well. Roll up into balls then
roll in desiccated  coconut or some cacao

Makes about 20 balls

Will keep in the fridge for up to a month.
